All these pastel pieces are 515 × 700mm painted in the landscape using spray paints, raw pigments, gesso, PVA, acrylics and pastels. Most are completed on the spot with the minimum review and adjustment in the studio. Many show the effects of rain and other extremes of weather and environment that the climate in North West Scotland can throw at me.
